Alongside being the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will provide wider administrative and office support, work closely with the Office Manager and become an important part of the day-to-day running of the office.Key ResponsibilitiesActing as the first point of contact for visitors, colleagues and external stakeholdersAnswering and directing incoming telephone callsWelcoming visitors and ensuring they receive a professional and friendly experienceSupporting new starters and leaversAssisting the Office Manager with general administration and office organisationSupporting internal communications and keeping information up to dateAssisting with charity initiatives, fundraising activities and company eventsSupporting employee awards and recognition activitiesMaintaining office supplies and organising regular office requirementsSupporting general workplace administrationHelping with general ..... full job details .....
