Task Recruitment is currently seeking friendly and professional Receptionists to provide holiday cover for various clients over the summer: Airport Road Belfast Wednesday 15 July Thursday 16 July Friday 17 July (Friday finish at 2.00pm) Belfast City Centre - Adelaide Street Belfast - July various dates Duties will include: Greeting visitors and providing a professional first point of contact Answering and directing telephone calls Managing incoming and outgoing mail Handling general administrative duties Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area Must have: Have previous reception experience Possess excellent communication and customer service skills Have a professional and friendly manner Be reliable, punctual, and well-presented This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for short-term work or to gain experience within a professional office environment.
