Temporary Receptionist – Afternoons
We are currently seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Receptionist to join our client’s team in the ST1 area. This is an ongoing temporary role, working afternoons Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities of this Receptionist role:
- Welcoming visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- General reception duties to ensure the smooth running of the front desk
- Supporting with administrative tasks as required
- Previous reception experience is essential
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using telephone and computer systems
- General administrative experience would be a distinct advantage
- Hourly rate: £12.60ph
- Location: ST1 Area
- Hours: Monday to Friday 12:00 – 17:30
