Temporary QHSE Lead

MTrec s new career opportunity Our client is looking to recruit a QHSE Lead on an initial 3-6 month basis. This is a key role responsible for leading the day-to-day coordination and continual improvement of our clients Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental activities across our international business. The job you ll do Reporting to the Group QHSE Manager, you''ll work with colleagues across the UK, France, Belgium and Italy to ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement and promote a positive safety culture. While the role includes responsibility for management systems, audits and compliance activities, it is also a hands-on operational position. You''ll be actively involved in supporting office-based health and safety, hybrid and remote working arrangements, mandatory training programmes, risk assessments, incident management and employee wellbeing initiatives across multiple jurisdictions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of a broad QHSE remit within an established international engineering consultancy.
