Temporary Python Tutor (Level 2) - Part-Time

We are currently looking for a Temporary Python Tutor to deliver a Level 2 accredited course to adult learners.This is a short-term assignment where you will be supporting learners who have already begun the course, helping them complete a group project and guiding them towards building evidence for their portfolios.Location: Colchester (or Online) Hours: Tuesdays, 6PM - 9PM Duration: 4 Weeks (Immediate Start Required) Start Date: Tuesday 16th JuneKey ResponsibilitiesFacilitate a Level 2 Python course for adult learnersSupport students with a group-based programming projectProvide guidance and technical support in PythonAssist learners in compiling portfolio evidence for accreditationDeliver engaging sessions either online or in person (Colchester)Work alongside provided scheme of work and teaching resourcesRequirementsExperience teaching or supporting Python programmingAbility to work with adult learners in an educational settingConfident facilitating group work and providing technical guidanceReliable and available to start immediatelyStrong communication and organisational skillsDesirableTeaching qualification (PGCE, PTLLS, or equivalent)Experience delivering accredited coursesPrevious experience in further education or community learning ..... full job details .....
