The RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase to Pay Administrator to join a busy academy finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong invoicing experience to contribute to a supportive and fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing a high volume of purchase invoices accurately and efficientlyMatching, batching, and coding invoices in line with finance proceduresAssisting with the end-to-end purchase-to-pay processSupplier statement reconciliations and resolving any discrepanciesSupporting the finance team with general accounts administrationMaintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with internal controlsBuilding and maintaining relationships with suppliers and internal departments About YouExperience with invoicing (essential)Previous accounts or finance experience (desirable)Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracyAbility to manage workload effectively in a busy environmentStrong organisational and communication skillsA proactive and team-oriented ..... full job details .....
