Astute Recruitment are working with a well-established business seeking an experienced-Purchase Ledger Clerk to support their finance team on a 3-month temporary-assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Accounts Payable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can make an immediate impact.
The Role:
You will play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of the purchase ledger-function, working within a busy finance-team and handling high volumes of transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing high volumes of purchase invoices
- Matching, batching and coding-invoices
- Reconciling-supplier statements
- Managing and resolving supplier queries
- Assisting with payment runs
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting the wider finance team where required
About You:
- Proven experience within Accounts Payable / Purchase Ledger
- Confident working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Available to start immediately
