This role is ideal for someone with previous finance, accounts administration, purchase ledger, or accounts payable experience who is available for an immediate start. Key Responsibilities:Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficientlyMatching invoices to purchase ordersReconciling supplier statementsInvestigating and resolving invoice queriesAssisting with payment runsMaintaining accurate financial records and documentationProviding general administrative support to the finance teamThe Successful Candidate Will Have:Previous experience within a finance or accounts environmentGood attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational skillsConfident IT skills, including Microsoft ExcelThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamIn return, you will join a supportive working environment and gain valuable experience within a well-established business.
