The post holder will assume other delegated duties appropriate to the post reasonably assigned by management. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operate the bowling centre POS terminal in a busy customer focused environment. Allocate and control lanes to customers including management of lane times and bookings in order to maximise income and to ensure the smooth running of the facility. Programme everyday pricing, offers and holiday prices. Cash handling including reconciliation and lodgement preparation. Carry out lane maintenance on a weekly basis preparing and cleaning bowling approaches by burnishing to completion standard also clean surrounding areas including lane gutters and seated area and carry out any other requirements in preparation for events/leagues and competitions.
