Temporary Property Manager - Chelsea - £23 to £25 Per Hour My client, a prestigious Property Management, Investment and Development firm are currently seeking a temporary Property Manager to provide short-term Property Management support to the residential team. You will be supporting the property management and portfolio management team across their portfolio, supporting with reactive maintenance, tenant liaison, and administration support. Responsibilities Providing cover and support to the Property Management team, supporting with day-to-day administration and tenant querie Supporting on reactive maintenance issues, handling tenants Providing cover for Portfolio Managers, assisting with administration and liaising with tenants Supporting the lettings team with ad hoc administrative duties and day-to-day workload Preparing and sending letters, notices and communications to tenants Organising meetings and appointments for the team Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation Supporting the wider property management and portfolio management team with general administrative tasks Assisting with any additional ad hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the team Skills and Experience Previous experience in residential property management Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with tenants, agents and contractors Clear, professional written and verbal communication A commitment to high standards of service and delivery A ..... full job details .....
