Working across two busy departments you will provide administrative support to ensure smooth running of customers'' orders and shipments. This is initially a temporary role for up to 3 months therefore you must be available immediately to be considered for the role and able to commit to the full duration.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaborate closely with stores and production teams to ensure the timely dispatch of products to customers.Prepare and process customs documentation for international shipments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Coordinate courier collections and arrange transportation for outbound shipments.Generate invoices, dispatch notes, and tracking information, and communicate shipment details to customers.Respond to ..... full job details .....
