Temporary Procurement Administrator
Our client is seeking a Temporary Procurement Administrator to join their historic brand! The role will involve providing support to a wonderful team in their Central London office.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required.
Location: London
Start date: ASAP
Model: Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite per week
Hourly pay rate: £13.85- 16.50 per hour plus holiday pay accrual
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase orders, invoices and requisition.
- Managing expected deliveries and following up outstanding purchase orders.
- Utilising data to forecast product requirements.
- Follow up and resolve any delivery or supplier queries.
- Manually maintain accurate reports of all stock and purchase orders.
- General administrative tasks where required.
