Temporary Personal Assistant12 month assignment with possible extension 15.94 per hour - Hybrid working pattern Purpose of job To support the delivery of key business priorities and help to build and develop a strong business management ethos to deliver an excellent service. The Business Management Personal Assistant provides effective and efficient administrative support to the Deputy Director and Team assisting with administrative tasks, recruitment and induction for new team members. Key Task Areas and Duties: Dedicated Executive/PA supportEmail management for Director/Deputy DirectorDiary management for Director/Deputy Director and wider teamDrafting correspondence on behalf of Director/Deputy DirectorManagement information (commissioning reports, collating team entries for Weekly Briefing to Perm Sec, Staff in Post, CMS compliance etc)Set up and administer all SLT/team meetings and stand-ups (compile agenda items, progress actions, summarise a redacted version for division) and help with away-days/training eventsIT support/training for Director/Deputy Director and wider teamOn-boarding new starters (new starter forms, arranging IT etc)Meeting/Room bookingTaking minutes (non-casework)Releasing time on CMS for team members where requiredDealing with Omnidox/finance queriesSupport for corporate events relating to Director/Deputy Director''s corporate rolesUpdating team email distribution listsBonus award supportBook in/escort guestsPrinting meeting papersExpense claims ..... full job details .....
