Payroll Specialist (Temporary Contract)Location: Cannock (Hybrid)ASAP StartOur client is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to support payroll and employee benefits administration across multiple European countries. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing international organisation, taking ownership of payroll operations, benefits administration, compliance, and employee support across a diverse workforce.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage payroll processes across multiple European locations.Liaise with external payroll providers, benefits vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.Process payroll changes including starters, leavers, salary amendments, and benefit updates.Administer employee benefits, pensions, leave, and absence management.Maintain accurate HR and payroll records, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and GDPR requirements.Produce payroll, benefits, and management reports, supporting audits and financial reconciliations.Provide expert guidance to employees and managers on payroll and benefits-related queries.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.Requirements:Minimum 3 years'' payroll experience.Strong understanding of payroll legislation, statutory requirements, and compliance.Experience working with payroll systems and HR platforms.Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, reconciliations, Pivot Tables, and lookups.Excellent ..... full job details .....
