This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering exceptional customer service.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales and operations teams, ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and queries are resolved promptly.There is potential for this role to develop into a permanent position with expanded hours for the right individual.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess incoming sales orders accuratelyCommunicate manufacturing requirements, updates, and changes clearly and promptly to the production facility.Organise and manage customer returns in line with company policies and procedures.Produce and distribute reporting, including back order reports, to Senior Management and Regional Account Managers.Arrange courier shipments for customers across the UK and worldwide.Generate, dispatch, and post daily invoices.Act as the first point of contact for inbound customer enquiries.Handle incoming telephone calls, resolving customer queries at the first point of contact ..... full job details .....
