About the Role
This Temporary Part Time Product Logistics Coordinator role is based in the City of London, primarily in Farringdon, with monthly visits to Hampton Wick. Our client is looking for a Product Logistics Coordinator to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in coordinating stock movement, supporting logistics operations, and ensuring products are delivered efficiently across a multi-site retail network.
Working closely with internal teams, stores, warehouses and external logistics partners, you''ll help maintain effective stock levels, support inventory management processes, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of product logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate stock deliveries and collections across multiple locations.
- Act as a key point of contact for stores, warehouses, suppliers and logistics partners.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records within internal systems.
- Support stock allocation and distribution processes to ensure products are available where needed.
- Produce and maintain reports, analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvements.
- Assist with stock processing and provide hands-on support during key operational periods.
- Investigate and resolve stock or logistics-related issues in a timely manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient product flow throughout the network.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for enhancing logistics processes.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.

- Previous experience in a logistics, supply chain, stock control or coordination role.
