You''ll play a key role in the not-for-profit sector, assisting with administrative tasks that keep everything organised and on track.Client DetailsA not-for-profit organisation based in Oldham.DescriptionSend welcome and onboarding emails to new starters using approved templates.Provide first-line support for Learning and Development queries via email and telephone.Monitor and manage the LandD inbox, ensuring enquiries are responded to promptly or escalated where necessary.Maintain and update training records, databases, and tracking systems.Distribute delegate lists and attendance information to trainers ahead of training sessions.Update trainer schedules and communicate any changes to course bookings or delegates.Support the coordination and administration of training courses, workshops, and development programmes.Process training bookings, cancellations, and amendments.Generate reports on training attendance and completion rates.Ensure all learning records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company procedures.Provide general administrative support to the Learning and Development team and wider HR function as required.ProfileA successful Temporary Part-Time Administrator should have:Proficiency in standard office software, such as Microsoft Office.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.Good ..... full job details .....
