Temporary PA / Office Manager to the DirectorsLocation: Wakefield (WF1) - Fully Office BasedContract: Temporary - 9 MonthsHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pmStart Date: ASAPPay Rate: Competitive - dependent on experienceOur client, a successful and growing construction and housing company, is seeking an experienced PA / Office Manager to provide comprehensive support to the Directors and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.This is a varied role requiring exceptional organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to supporting senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating diaries, managing communications, organising meetings and events, overseeing office administration, and acting as a key point of contact across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding full PA support to the Directors, including diary management, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, site visits, and business commitments.Managing emails, correspondence, and communications, ensuring urgent matters are prioritised and responded to appropriately.Preparing reports, presentations, meeting packs, agendas, and business documentation.Organising internal and external meetings, events, and travel arrangements, including accommodation and itineraries.Taking meeting minutes and tracking actions to ensure completion.Acting as a key point of contact for colleagues, clients, contractors, and external ..... full job details .....
