This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established contractor on a significant project, offering an initial contract of approximately 18 months, with the potential for an extension. The Role As the Mechanical Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of the mechanical package from project delivery through to final account. You will work closely with the project and commercial teams to ensure costs are effectively managed while maintaining contractual compliance. Key Responsibilities Managing all commercial aspects of the mechanical package. Preparing, reviewing and negotiating subcontractor packages. Producing accurate cost reports, forecasts and valuations.
