Our client is seeking a Temporary Marketing Business Lead to work alongside an experienced team. This role has a strong focus on candidate marketing, early talent, and alumni engagement, ensuring the brand connects with the right people. This company is a global management consultancy with a strong focus on teamwork and delivery.

Overview:

  • Hybrid: 1 day on site per week
  • Temporary Contract: 12 months
  • 40 hours per week
  • £30- £33.50 per hour dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end content creation with storytelling aligned with the relevant early talent audience, including website pages, ambassador content, and office spotlights.
  • Develop partnerships with business leads and recruitment teams to promote roles of priority and critical hiring needs.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights to enhance campaign quality. Utilise interest forms, newsletters, and event follow-up data.
  • Develop and implement compelling multi-channel campaigns, to drive engagement and conversation, that align with specific business goals.
  • Be the main marketing contact for early talent stakeholders, ensuring a timely delivery of output and professional communications.
  • Support the alumni programme through a periodic newsletter and ad hoc business requests.
  • Uphold compliance with talent brand guidelines and approved tools (e.g., SynOps, Headbox, CVENT) for campaign and event execution.

Key Experience:

  • A Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the candidate marketing process- from awareness through to application.
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling content tailored for multiple channels.
  • Proven experience in marketing and communications, ideally with a focus in employer brand or talent attraction.
  • The ability to be flexible, proactive, and to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management skills with a reliance on data-driven results.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and collaborative experience across complex organisations.
