Temporary Marketing and Production Assistant

Temporary Marketing and Production Assistant 13 per hour, Wednesdays, 9am - 5pm, Haywards Heath, Temporary, 25 days annual leave (pro-rata), paid weekly. The role:We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and creatively minded individual to join a small team within a local business, to take ownership of a Marketing and Production Assistant role on a temporary basis. This will see the successful candidate be involved in the administration, stock control as well as production of marketing samples, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at every step of the way. Key Responsibilities:Administration for the marketing team including data entry, stock counts, updating details, printing labels and booking deliveries/courier collections.Preparation of samples including bottling, checking stock availability, labelling and collating promotional materials to accompany the sample boxes.Kitting up promotional boxesVisit retail stores on occasion to purchase samples (own transport essential) Requirements:You will need to be highly organised with a fantastic eye for detail. This role has creative elements so requires someone that will be efficient whilst taking time and care over the products being created, representing the brand in the best light. You will need to be computer literate and possess excellent administrative skills.
