Main-Duties:

• Producing-accurate-management-information-and-financial-reporting-for-both-internal-and-external-stakeholders
• Supporting-the-preparation-of-budgets-and-financial-plans-alongside-the-Leadership-Team
• Helping-to-develop-and-maintain-an-effective-forecasting-process
• Managing-the-finance-timetable-and-ensuring-key-reporting-deadlines-are-met
• Creating-clear,-meaningful-financial-reports-that-give-the-business-useful-insight
• Working-with-non-finance-stakeholders-to-help-them-understand-financial-performance,-budgets-and-variances
• Monitoring-actual-expenditure-against-budgets-and-supporting-income-planning
• Managing-supplier-and-contractor-queries,-invoices-and-purchasing-activity
• Reconciling-financial-information-across-different-systems-and-platforms
• Identifying-opportunities-to-improve-processes,-controls-and-efficiencies
• Providing-wider-support-to-the-finance-function-as-required
