We are seeking a Maintenance and Facilities administrator, to provide operational, administrative, scheduling and compliance support across the Facilities and Maintenance teams. This role helps ensure buildings, equipment and estates are maintained to a high standard through the coordination of contractors, security, waste management, planned and reactive maintenance, PPM schedules, compliance records, asset registers and audits. The role is primarily based across two sites in Hinckley, with occasional travel required. This a fixed term temporary 12-month contract. Key Responsibilities include: Provide Facilities and Maintenance administrative support, including purchase orders, contractor invoices, fleet servicing, training records, workspace audits, PPM scheduling, reactive maintenance coordination, and asset register management.
