Full training is provided, so no previous experience is required. Key responsibilities: Process customer orders via email Input orders into Microsoft NAV Check product availability Liaise with hauliers and track deliveries Update customers and handle queries Raise purchase orders and invoices Process supplier invoices Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time Support the Logistics Manager What we are looking for: Highly organised with strong multitasking skills Calm and solutions focused approach Confident communication skills Quick learner who can pick up new systems easily Reliable and able to work to deadlines No logistics experience required Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (one day working from home after training) Benefits: Company pension Healthc...
