Logistics Co-ordinator

Location: Guildford
Working pattern: Full time, Monday to Friday
Pay: -15.38 to -16.41 per hour
Contract: Temp to perm
Hybrid working: One day per week from home after training

This is a great temp to perm opportunity to join a fast paced Logistics team, supporting customer orders and coordinating deliveries from start to finish. Full training is provided, so no previous experience is required.

Key responsibilities:

• Process customer orders via email
• Input orders into Microsoft NAV
• Check product availability
• Liaise with hauliers and track deliveries
• Update customers and handle queries
• Raise purchase orders and invoices
• Process supplier invoices
• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time
• Support the Logistics Manager

What we are looking for:

• Highly organised with strong multitasking skills
• Calm and solutions focused approach
• Confident communication skills
• Quick learner who can pick up new systems easily
• Reliable and able to work to deadlines
• No logistics experience required

Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (one day working from home after training)
