Logistics Co-ordinatorLocation: Guildford Working pattern: Full time, Monday to Friday Pay: 15.38 to 16.41 per hour Contract: Temp to perm Hybrid working: One day per week from home after trainingThis is a great temp to perm opportunity to join a fast paced Logistics team, supporting customer orders and coordinating deliveries from start to finish. Full training is provided, so no previous experience is required.Key responsibilities:Process customer orders via emailInput orders into Microsoft NAVCheck product availabilityLiaise with hauliers and track deliveriesUpdate customers and handle queriesRaise purchase orders and invoicesProcess supplier invoicesEnsure deliveries are completed accurately and on timeSupport the Logistics ManagerWhat we are looking for:Highly organised with strong multitasking skillsCalm and solutions focused approachConfident communication skillsQuick learner who can pick up new systems easilyReliable and able to work to deadlinesNo logistics experience requiredWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm (one day working from home after training)Benefits:Company pensionHealthcare cash planFree onsite parkingFresh fruit in the officeFull training and development opportunities Office Angels is an employment agency and business.
