Temporary Legal PATop UK law firm is seeking an experienced Temporary Legal PA on an initial two-month assignment. This is a busy and hands-on role, supporting fee earners in their Employment department, so the firm is looking for a confident, well-rounded Legal PA who can hit the ground running. £24.72 per hour + holiday payTwo-month temporary assignmentHybrid working - 3 days office / 2 days remoteCity location / Liverpool StreetKey Responsibilities for the Temporary Legal PA:Be responsible for accurate, efficient email management, including reviewing, highlighting, filing, and deleting emails as appropriate emailsEfficient diary management including the organisation of internal and external meetings, conferences, department 1-2-1s, client lunchesManage all travel and logistics for diary commitments (UK and overseas) as well as organise department social events, away days, strategy days and manage the budgetsPrepare documents and reports for department meetings, including the collation and distribution of agendasLiaise with the BD and Marketing team to support the department''s marketing and BD activities and annual directories submissionsKey Requirements for the Temporary Legal PA:3 years+ Legal PA / Secretarial experience from a City Law FirmApplicants must have Employment experienceStrong understanding of Microsoft Office related softwareExcellent team work and professional ..... full job details .....
