Internal Recruiter 6-Month Temporary Contract £190 a day + holiday payLondon - City Hybrid 37.5 hours per week We are currently recruiting for an experienced Candidate Interviewing Specialist to join the Early Talent Recruitment team of a leading global organisation on an initial 6-month temporary contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong recruitment and interviewing experience to play a key role in delivering an exceptional candidate experience across graduate, intern and apprenticeship recruitment programmes. Working as part of the Early Talent Recruitment Experience and Assessments Team, you will act as an Interviewing Subject Matter Expert, conducting a high volume of interviews while ensuring quality, consistency and fairness throughout the assessment process. The Role You will be responsible for delivering a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. This will involve conducting virtual and in-person interviews, supporting hiring managers, managing candidate queries, and helping ensure candidates progress efficiently through the recruitment process. This is a fast-paced role that would suit someone who is confident interviewing at volume, highly organised and passionate about delivering a first-class candidate experience.
