Temporary HR Lead

Are you an experienced HR professional with a pragmatic approach and a talent for providing solution-driven advice? This is an excellent chance to support key HR functions within a prestigious institution.Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start, notice periods cannot be accommodated.Temporary HR Lead ResponsibilitiesThis role will include, but is not limited to: Advising on a variety of HR issues, ensuring compliance with policies and employment law.Assisting with recruitment campaigns, onboarding, and staff induction procedures.Handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance investigations, with careful attention to confidentiality and best practice.Developing and updating HR policies and procedures, implementing systems using an HRIS platform.Coordinating training sessions, staff development programmes, and wellbeing initiatives.Ensuring accurate record-keeping and data protection compliance. Temporary HR Lead Rewards A standard working week of 37.5 hours, generally 9am to 5:30pm.One day per week work-from-home flexibility.Note: parking is not available at this central Oxford location.
