This role will have a heavy Employee Relations focus, so I''m looking for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently manage their own caseload from start to finish. You''ll be supporting managers across a range of ER matters including absence, performance, capability, disciplinaries and grievances, providing practical advice and guidance while ensuring cases keep moving.
