Join a friendly and busy People Services team where you''ll play a key role in supporting employees and delivering an effective HR service.This is an excellent temporary opportunity for someone with previous HR administration or HR assistant experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, organised support.Starting immediately and expected to run for several months, you''ll gain valuable experience across a broad range of HR activities while working with an experienced and supportive team.Paid via the Allen Associates weekly PAYE payroll, this temporary position is full-time and will require a quick start.Temporary HR Assistant Responsibilities This position will involve, but will not be limited to: Responding to reference requests.Processing employee leavers and updating HR systems.Producing HR reports and preparing documentation.Liaising with payroll to ensure employee information is processed accurately.Supporting a range of HR administration tasks across the employee lifecycle.Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.Working closely with colleagues to provide an efficient, high-quality HR service. Temporary HR Assistant Rewards £15.38 per hour plus holiday pay, paid weekly via the Allen Associates PAYE payroll.Full-time hours (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday, generally 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with an unpaid lunch break.Plenty of on-site ..... full job details .....
