Temporary HR and Payroll Assistant
Location: Remote Start: ASAP Duration: Ongoing temporary assignment Rate: £16 per hourYou will be supporting a client during a particularly busy period, where they need someone who can step in immediately and make an impact. This role requires strong payroll experience and confidence working at pace, with ADP experience being essential. Your application will not be processed without ADP experience.The RoleThis is a hands-on, high-volume position combining payroll and HR administration. You will play a key role in ensuring payroll runs smoothly while supporting the wider HR function with essential administrative tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end payroll processing using ADP, including weekly and monthly cyclesInputting, checking and reconciling payroll data with a high level of accuracySupporting HR administration, including onboarding, contract amendments and maintaining employee recordsEnsuring all payroll information is processed accurately and in line with compliance requirementsActing as a key support to both HR and finance teams to maintain seamless operationsResponding to day-to-day employee queries and handling documentationWhat You Will NeedProven experience using ADP(essential - applications without this will not be considered)Strong background in payroll administration within a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail, particularly when handling large volumes of dataWorking knowledge and experience of HR processes and the importance of ..... full job details .....
