Temporary HR Advisor (Interim 2-3 Month Contract) Baildon / Shipley, Bradford £16.00 - £20.00 per hour Day Rate Between £116- £148 Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday 8:30-5:00pm - Early finish on a Friday and Hybrid working on offer!Temporary Contract 2-3 Months Immediate Start Available About the Role Office Angels are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in the Baildon/Shipley area of Bradford for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on an interim basis for 2-3 months. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and knowledgeable HR professional to provide hands-on support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Working closely with managers and the wider HR team, you will play a key role in delivering HR strategy, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and supporting managers with a wide range of employee relations matters. Key Responsibilities Support the business to ensure all people-related activities are conducted in line with employment legislation and HR best practice. Provide advice and guidance to managers on a range of HR matters including: Disciplinary procedures Grievances Performance management Absence management Flexible working requests Maternity and paternity leave Work with recruitment partners to support hiring activities, ensuring recruitment and selection processes follow best practice.
