Your new companyAn established and growing organisation based in Colchester is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their People team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional to provide hands-on support across a busy operational environment while helping the team manage increased workload and ER case volume. The role is fully office-based, offering free on-site parking and an immediate start. HR Advisor le Profile Word Your new roleAs an HR Advisor, you will provide comprehensive generalist HR support to managers and employees across the business. Working closely with the People team, you will help manage a backlog of workload, provide guidance on employee relations matters, and support a range of people-related activities.Key responsibilities will include:Advising managers on a wide range of HR and employee relations mattersManaging and supporting ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and investigationsProviding practical guidance on HR policies, procedures and employment legislationSupporting the People team with day-to-day operational HR activitiesAssisting with the development and implementation of HR policies and best practicePreparing HR reports and analysing people data where requiredSupporting managers with employee life cycle activitiesWorking collaboratively to improve processes and reduce outstanding workloadsProviding excellent stakeholder support across the organisation HR ..... full job details .....
