Key Duties: Digitising up to 100 employee personnel files. Scanning and uploading documents into the correct folders and systems. Identifying missing or incomplete employee documentation. Categorising records and investigating data discrepancies. Supporting the HR Lead with general HR administration. Maintaining accuracy and confidentiality at all times. About You: Previous administration experience, ideally within HR. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Confident using IT systems and able to pick up new software quickly.
