The role will focus on housing management and estate management, supporting a varied portfolio of approximately 600 properties across Plymouth. The accommodation includes supported accommodation, sheltered housing and bungalows for residents aged 60+. Key responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of tenancy and estate management matters. Undertake estate inspections, tenancy visits and property-related meetings. Identify and resolve tenancy, estate and neighbourhood issues. Work proactively with residents and partner agencies. Manage anti-social behaviour cases where required. Maintain accurate records and ensure cases are progressed effectively. Build positive relationships with residents, colleagues and external stakeholders. Work across a defined patch while contributing to wider housing management services.
