Assisting with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, and mobility support. Monitoring and recording observations where required. Supporting nursing and clinical teams in delivering patient care. Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times.Maintaining accurate records and following care plans. Adhering to safeguarding, infection control, and health and safety procedures. RequirementsPrevious experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Support Worker, or Care Assistant (Minimum 6 months UK experience).A caring, professional, and patient-focused approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Right to work in the UK. Enhanced DBS.
