The Regional Fundraising andamp; Engagement Team exists to raise money, inspire thousands of fundraising actions throughout the UK, and to ensure the organisation is at the heart of local communities. It is responsible for managing relationships with a range of supporters from community volunteers to individual fundraisers, challenge events participants, and companies.

Hourly pay rate: £14.95
Working model: Hybrid - 2 days in the office
Working hours: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Duration: 5 months
This position offers an excellent opportunity for an individual interested in gaining experience in the fundraising or non profit sector.
The successful candidate will support the Central Community Fundraising and Engagement and Regional teams to deliver outstanding service to supporters around the Christmas period. This service should always meet and exceed the expectations of supporters, in order that they can actively contribute to work through donating, volunteering, raising money and awareness.
Key responsibilities to include but not restricted to:
- Maintain oversight and accurate recording of income and expenditure for the team, including regular reporting of the performance of supporter''s online giving platforms, donation coding and tracking team expenditure.
- Monitor the fundraising email inbox: respond to any incoming enquiries in inbox within 5 working days, monitor complaints and respond to them within 24 hours.
- Assist with festive activities such as Christmas fundraising and annual income returns.
- Provide other administrative support to the Central Community Fundraising and Engagement and Regional teams as required.
A valid basic DBS will be required to enable the successful candidate to work onsite in Head Office. We look forward to hearing from you.
