The post holder will report to the Head of Finance and Support Services.Key responsibilities; - Maintain accurate records and is required to pay attention to details with- great organisational skills- Data entry of purchase and sales ledger / financial transactions onto financial system- processing invoices- Supporting batch transactions- Support month-end / year-end procedures- Reconciliation of accounts- Assist with other ad hoc duties- Assist in preparation of periodical and ad-hoc reports - Work expeditiously and with professionalism to ensure the business is organised efficiently- Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding sensitive personnel, financial and commercial information- Participate in staff meetings and training as requiredTo apply you should have:- Previous experience of working in a finance team.- Have solid experience of using Excel and a finance software- Excellent communication skills Temporary
