As a Temporary Finance Manager, you will step in quickly to keep day-to-day accounts running smoothly and support the wider business for one busy week (NEXT WEEK).Covering a range of financial duties, this post would be ideal for a Xero super-user who thrives in a busy bookkeeping role.Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis and will require an immediate start on Monday 22nd June.Temporary Finance Manager ResponsibilitiesThis position will involve, but will not be limited to: Managing day-to-day finance administration in Xero to keep accounts up to date and accurate for internal decisions.Processing purchase and sales invoices efficiently to support supplier relationships and timely reporting.Reconciling bank accounts and maintaining accurate financial records to ensure integrity of the accounts ledgers.Supporting payment runs and monitoring cash flow to keep payments on track and reduce risk.Handling finance-related queries by phone and email to maintain clear communication with customers and suppliers.Assisting with general bookkeeping and administrative tasks to support smooth operations across the finance function.Providing ad hoc finance support as required to help the team stay ahead during a fast-moving period.
