Temporary Finance Assistant

We are seeking an organized and detail-focused Finance Assistant to join a busy team in Stratford-upon-Avon on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous finance or accounts experience who is available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:

- Support the finance team with day-to-day accounting duties
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately
- Perform data entry and maintain financial records
- Assist with reconciliations and reporting tasks
- Handle general administrative duties within the finance function
- Ensure all work is completed in line with internal processes and deadlines

Requirements:

- Previous experience in finance, accounts, or a similar administrative role
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of basic financial processes
- Confident with IT systems, including Excel
- Local to Stratford-upon-Avon or able to commute reliably
- Immediately available to start
