This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone who thrives on variety, problem-solving and delivering robust infrastructure solutions in fast-moving environments. The Role You''ll be the technical backbone of field operations-deploying, maintaining, and optimising IT infrastructure across sites nationwide. Working closely with network engineers, contractors, and local teams, you''ll ensure equipment is installed correctly, systems stay stable, and users receive high-quality support. Key Responsibilities Deploy, install, and maintain IT and network infrastructure across multiple locations, including switches, firewalls, servers, structured cabling and workstation environments. Rack, cable, configure and troubleshoot network and endpoint hardware, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing services. Support firewall implementations, switch deployments, network connectivity and workstation rollouts in collaboration with network engineers and project teams.
