Facilities Management Team LeaderHaywards Heath6 Month Contract Potential Extension 400- 450 per day Office-based We are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Management Team Leader to join an established team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential to extend.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FM professional who enjoys taking ownership, leading teams and ensuring high standards across a diverse property portfolio.You will be responsible for overseeing the Facilities Management function, managing a team of approximately six people and ensuring the effective delivery of FM services across multiple sites.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Facilities Management function and wider FM teamOversee the delivery of facilities services across a varied property portfolioEnsure engineering, technical and statutory compliance requirements are metManage contractors, suppliers and procurement activitiesSupport FM governance, vetting processes and compliance proceduresCarry out regular site visits across a range of properties, ensuring standards are maintainedProvide guidance, support and leadership to the FM team About You:The successful candidate will have:Proven experience working within Facilities ManagementPrevious experience managing an FM team, service or functionStrong knowledge of engineering, technical and statutory complianceExperience managing contractors, suppliers and procurement processesThe ability to work across multiple sites ..... full job details .....
