The Opportunity

The Leadership Recruitment practice is an in-house executive search function dedicated to identifying, engaging and attracting outstanding senior leadership talent to support the continued growth of the businesses globally.

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying high-calibre candidates for critical leadership positions across the European region. Working closely with senior business leaders, Managing Directors and Executive Recruiters, you will lead strategic talent research, develop market intelligence and build strong pipelines of executive talent to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Managing Directors and Executive Recruiters, building trusted relationships and positioning Executive Search as a valued strategic recruitment partner.

• Conduct confidential executive search assignments, researching and identifying exceptional senior leadership talent.

• Produce insightful market mapping, competitor analysis and talent intelligence reports to inform hiring strategies and influence senior stakeholders.

• Proactively develop and maintain talent pools of senior executives, engaging candidates through multiple channels and communicating business value proposition.

• Assess candidate suitability against current and future leadership requirements, considering relevant experience, skills and alignment with the firms leadership profile.

• Identify and develop effective, sustainable talent sourcing channels to support ongoing executive hiring needs.

• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, acting as an ambassador for the firms employer brand throughout the recruitment process.

• Manage multiple search projects simultaneously, ensuring priorities are balanced and deadlines are consistently achieved.

• Prepare presentations showcasing research findings and provide valuable insights during senior stakeholder meetings.

About You

You will be an accomplished recruitment professional with significant experience in leadership hiring, executive search or senior-level recruitment. You will combine excellent research and analytical skills with the confidence to build relationships with senior candidates and stakeholders across a complex, global organisation.

You will ideally bring:

• At least five years'' experience in leadership recruitment.

• Previous experience in external executive search or agency recruitment.

• A strong understanding of the European professional services, technology or digital markets.
