Hours: 9am - 6pm

Our client, a leading global private equity and investment advisory firm, is seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support its Portfolio Digital Leadership Team. This is a high-profile role within a fast-paced, international environment, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic digital initiatives across a diverse portfolio of businesses.

About The Role

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to senior leaders, ensuring the efficient running of day-to-day operations while contributing to the coordination and governance of digital initiatives across portfolio companies. The role requires exceptional organisational capability, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate with discretion and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide senior-level executive support, including complex diary and inbox management
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of materials, minute-taking, and follow-up actions
  • Maintain and manage portfolio company contact databases
  • Support the tracking and coordination of cross-portfolio digital initiatives
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials to a high professional standard
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Drive effective administrative processes to support team efficiency and delivery

Candidate Profile

  • Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and strong level of accuracy
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Exposure to financial services, private equity, or digital/technology environments is advantageous

The Portfolio Digital Team partners with portfolio companies to drive digital value creation, focusing on cybersecurity, digital foundations, and artificial intelligence. The team plays a key role in supporting growth, innovation, and operational resilience across the portfolio.
