Temporary ER Advisor

ER Advisor Hybrid (1 or 2 days in the Syston office) - 4 Week Temporary Assignment (potentially longer) Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 per annum (DOE) This is a great opportunity for an organised and experienced ER Advisor who is ready to provide expert colleague-centred support and guidance on employee relations matters enabling managers to make fair, consistent, and commercially sound people decisions. This is an urgent position with an ASAP start date.
