Temporary Employee Relations Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our team based in Leeds on temporary basis, for the duration of approximately 3 - 6 months. Due to the nature of support required, this role is advertised with an immediate start. As ER Advisor you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to the wider business on all ER related activity. Driving process improvement and embedding best practice approaches to people management. This role is office based within our office in Colton, Leeds, LS15 and working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. Duties and Responsibilities First port of call for HR queries across the business. Advise and coach managers on all aspects of people management. Support TUPE processes, in liaison with the HRBP''s, Recruitment and operational management.
