JOB TITLE: Demand PlannerLOCATION: Maidstone, Kent (own transport needed)SALARY: £16ph to £17phTERM: 6 months + HOURS: 6.30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday + some weekends with time off in lieuOffice Angels are proud to be supporting this global business in their search for a Demand Planner. This is a temporary contract starting immediately for at least 6 months, however there could be career opportunities for the right candidate. You will be based in bright, open plan, ultra modern offices in rural Maidstone with free parking on site.Role PurposeThe Planning Team is responsible for accurate supply visibility, efficient stock allocation, and seamless communication between the UK supply chain, procurement, master planning, transport, and intake teams. This role manages the full operational cycle-from suppliers, planning, and PO creation through to processing arrivals and is responsible to lead the short-term planning aligning supply and demand to ensure service fulfilment for customers.The day to day duties in your new job would be:Verify actuals, Review short term supply entries and forecasts.Add site stock into the availability website and refresh availability data.Share report to business with UK availability.Review calculated stock reports, comparing forecasted vs. actual and investigating variances.Allocate supply to demand (SandD) using the appropriate software, restrictions and inputs from PBM, Master Planners, identifies gaps or risks to coordinate adjustments in order ..... full job details .....
