Working on behalf of a major international brand, this non-sales role centres on managing inbound and outbound communications to coordinate a critical safety recall of specific automotive parts. Due to supporting North American operational hours (3:00pm 12:00am BST), candidates will benefit from enhanced late-shift pay rates and the convenience of homeworking to accommodate the evening finish. Key Responsibilities Outbound Trade Liaison: Proactively contacting automotive repair facilities, dealerships, and independent installers to notify them of affected components and recall protocols.
