About the Role

A temporary Customer Service Representative is required to support visa application and renewal processing at a Nottingham office. This is a full-time, rota-based role working 37.5 hours per week on a 3-month contract, with a salary of up to £13.50 per hour plus holiday pay accrual. The position involves being the first point of contact for applicants, greeting them professionally and assisting throughout their visit. Key responsibilities include helping customers complete and check forms, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. The working pattern includes shifts between 8am-4pm or 12pm-8pm, Monday to Friday, plus 2 or 4 Saturdays per month. A valid DBS certificate and immediate availability are essential. Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability are required for this customer-facing role.

Location: Nottingham(Office-based)
Pay:
£13.50 per hour + holiday pay accrual
Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, rota basis

Monday to Friday: 8am-4pm and/or 12pm-8pm

Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. 2 / 4 Saturdays per month

Requirement: Valid DBS certificate
